Terms & Conditions: Wedding Stationery.

  If you have any specific requests or requirements please do not hesitate in contacting us to discuss this further. Most of our designs can be adapted to suit you and your wedding colours. If you are able to provide us with fabric samples, we will try our best to match this.

 If you wish to recieve a sample from our portfolio we are happy to offer three free per wedding couple. Additional samples will be charged at the item cost as detailed in the descriptions. If you proceed with an order we will deduct the sample costs from the total order value.

 We recommend that you order all of your stationery at the same time, as this will ensure design continuity. Please allow a contingency in each of the items for additional guests or writing errors.

 A 50%, non-refundable booking fee is payable to confirm the order. Once you have placed your order and we have received your 50% deposit, we will send you your proofs in order for you to check and sign. The further 50% is payable on completion of the order, but prior to despatch. I will contact you at this time in writing, by phone or email. Please provide sufficient contact details. You can pay by cash, cheque or postal order, made payable to Seats & Sashes.

 All wedding stationery is personalised to your specific requirements, therefore once you have placed your order and it has been approved, any cancellations will incur a full payment.

 If you wish us to complete your guest’s names on your invitations or are ordering the place cards/ scrolls, please ensure that your guest’s names are spelt accurately as the spellings will be taken from your booking form.  There will be an additional charge of £5.00 per/order if you wish your guests names to be printed in your invitations.

 Please try to order with as much notice as possible prior to your wedding day. If you require a express service please inform us as soon as is possible to ensure that the order is completed within sufficient time, a 10% premium may be payable for this service. We aim to deliver all stationary items as soon as is possible. Please indicate on your booking form the latest date that you require your items, allowing a minimum of 30 days.

Delivery charge < £100 = £8.00, £100- £250 = £15, £250- £500 = £25. 
> £500 = FREE
. Your order will be either hand delivered if in the Nottingham area or despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, to which a signature will be required.

 Please note that the materials used are sometimes very small and delicate and would therefore not be suitable for young children.

The reproductions of our colours are as accurate as possible; however they may differ slightly from the genuine article
